Sheree Lynn (Lee) Huitt, 59, of Arcadia died July 11, 2018, in Arcadia. Mrs. Huitt was a paralegal for Liberty Mutual Insurance and formerly worked fo Commerce Bank and Boatman’s Bank. She loved music and the outdoors. Born Feb. 28, 1959, in Gideon, she was the daughter of Sarah Lucille (Tom) Gray Brown of De Soto and Linwood Earl (Pat) Lee of Clinton.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband: Stephen Ray Huitt of Arcadia; three children: Matthew Dewayne (Emily) Holdinghausen of Crystal City, Stephanie Mae (Timothy) Glenn of Pawnee, Ill., and Daniel Lee (Brittney) Holdinghausen of Festus; five stepchildren: Curtis Allen (Dawn) Huitt of Park Hills, Randy Jones of Ironton, John William Huitt of Ironton, Brooke Yvette (Joe) McDaniel of Farmington and Stephen Michael Huitt of Desloge; a brother: Pastor Anthony (Melissa) Brown of De Soto; six grandchildren: Abbey, Ian, Luke, Cooper, Carleigh and Samuel; several step-grandchildren; and many family members and friends.
A memorial service was held July 16 at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to any veteran-centered charity. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
