Wanita “June” Grimm, 93, of Imperial died Sept. 28, 2023, in St. Louis. Mrs. Grimm was a homemaker. She volunteered at the Arnold Food Pantry and Thrift Store. She enjoyed her cats, sewing, quilting and most of all, spending time with her family. Born June 23, 1930, in Kimmswick, she is the daughter of the late Dora (Hearst) and George E. Kuntz.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Clarence H. Grimm.
She is survived by three children: Norma (Ken) Strain of Imperial, Donald (Terri) Grimm of Barnhart and Ronald (Deanna) Grimm of Imperial; a son-in-law: Michael Alexander of St. Louis; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by a daughter: Joan Alexander.
A private service was held at Kutis South County Chapel. Burial followed in Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Open Door Animal Sanctuary. Arrangements were under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home South County Chapel.
