Clifford W. Pinkley, 77, of De Soto died Dec. 2, 2025, at his home. Mr. Pinkley retired from Boeing and was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District Lodge 837. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and restoring automobiles. Born Feb. 21, 1948, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Willys and Mildred (Morlen) Pinkley.
He is survived by a child: Brandi Tolentino of De Soto; two grandchildren: Jessy (Trevor) Ripka and Jasper Pinkley of Cadet; three great-grandchildren: Hunter, Fisher and Tig; a sibling: Darryl (Tammy) Pinkley of De Soto; a sister-in-law: Pamela Pinkley of Festus; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son: Chris Pinkley; two great-grandchildren: Archer and Jackson; and a brother: Steve Pinkley.
Visitation is scheduled from 5 p.m. until a funeral service at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
