Elizabeth Antonia Vogel, 88, of Jefferson County died last year on Aug. 13, 2014. Mrs. Vogel was a retired fuse assembler with Bussman Fuse. Born July 17, 1926, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Maria (Untecker) and Emmerich Franz Somogyi. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years: Charles Robert Vogel.
She is survived by three siblings: Mary Coello of Dellwood and Emily and Anna Somogyi, both of Manchester; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Frank Somogyi.
A memorial service was held at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto. Burial was in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
