James Timothy Davis, 57, of Cedar Hill died in a crash on July 30 on Hwy. NN at Sycamore Drive in Cedar Hill, officials said.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol report states at 2:58 p.m., Davis was driving a southbound 2012 Infiniti G37 when it traveled off the left side of the road, struck a tree and overturned, the report said.
Fire department personnel pronounced Davis dead on the scene at 3:12 p.m., the report said.
The Highway Patrol no longer publishes names of those involved in accidents. The Medical Examiner’s Office identified Davis as the man who died in the accident.
According to the report, Davis was wearing a seat belt, and the vehicle was totaled.
