Justin Michael Noll, 32, who lives between Hillsboro and Festus, has been accused of molesting a girl over a two-month period. The girl was younger than 14 at the time of the alleged incidents, according to court documents.
The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on May 28 charged Noll with three counts of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy, each one an unclassified felony punishable by no less than five years and up to life in prison; first-degree child molestation, a class A felony that carries a penalty of 10 to 30 years or life in prison; and a class E felony punishable by up to four years in prison, court records said.
Noll was arrested on June 10. He was released on a $100,000 surety bond and ordered to stay away from the alleged victim’s home and school, according to court documents.
According to the probable-cause statement in the case, Noll had inappropriate contact with the child multiple times between March and April 2024.
“Mr. Noll is innocent of these charges and has always asserted his innocence,” said Noll’s lawyer, Steven A. Waterkotte in an email. “He has been fully cooperative with law enforcement and DSS (Department of Social Services) and has nothing to hide. These allegations are a fabrication created and coached by the alleged victim’s mother.”
