A 45-year-old Imperial man was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for allegedly speeding on Missouri State Road. The man was allegedly going 43 mph in a 30-mph zone, Arnold Police reported.
At about 8 p.m. June 18, an officer stopped a 2014 Acura in the 2000 block of Missouri State Road. The man driving the car appeared to be intoxicated, and he allegedly failed field sobriety tests, the report said.
The man was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released to a sober driver, according to the report.
The man was issued summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for allegedly DWI, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said
