Joshua Hoffman, 42, of Arnold died following a crash on Wednesday, July 1, on Hwy. 141 north of Schneider Drive between Fenton and Arnold, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 7:30 a.m., Hoffman was driving a southbound 2019 Chrysler Pacifica when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck a culvert, the report said.
Rock Township Ambulance personnel transported Hoffman to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County where he was pronounced dead at 8:40 a.m., the report said.
The Highway Patrol no longer publishes names of those involved in accidents. The Medical Examiner’s Office identified Hoffman as the man who died in the accident.
According to the report, Hoffman was not wearing a seat belt, and the vehicle was moderately damaged.
