Michael Johnson, 34, of the Jefferson County portion of Fenton died after being struck by a vehicle in south St. Louis County, police reported.
The St. Louis County Police were called at about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, to the area near Tesson Ferry Road and Kempf Drive. Johnson appeared to be walking across Tesson Ferry Road when he was struck.
He was transported to an area hospital for treatment, but he was pronounced dead at the hospital, police reported.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperative with investigators, the report said.
