1 package Nasoya (or other brand) wonton sheets

1 package Jimmy Dean hot (spicy) pork sausage

1/2 cup HiddenValley ranch dressing (or to your own taste)

1 box (9 ounces) Green Giant chopped frozen spinach

2 cups finely shredded Kraft Cheddar Cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a shake of ground cayenne red pepper to taste

Brown sausage with seasonings; drain and toss in bowl. Mix in ranch, spinach (as much or as little as you want, I never use the whole box). Mix in cheddar cheese. Toss all ingredients in bowl until well blended; set aside. Place one wonton wrap in each hole of a mini muffin tin (so they look like a cup, edges up) and put a large spoonful of mixture into each wrap. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, until tops of wraps turn golden brown and mixture is boiling.
