The Dragons (2-3, 1-2) won their first Mississippi Area Football Conference game since 2019 with a 52-30 victory over visiting Windsor (3-2, 0-2) on Sept. 27, and Thebeau’s performance at running back and linebacker was a big factor. He ripped off touchdown runs of 69, 33 and 55 yards and finished with 241 yards on 15 carries. On defense, he had 12 total tackles, one for a loss, plus a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
