The senior, a four-time state-qualifier and three-time state medalist, pinned three opponents, all in the first period, en route to the 220-pound championship at the Class 4 District 1 meet Saturday at Northwest. Stegall is undefeated at 32-0 and has yet to be scored upon this season. He was the runner-up at 195 pounds at the Class 4 state meet last year.
