The twin brothers are both off to undefeated starts. Asa improved to 14-0 in winning the 215-pound weight class at the Fort Zumwalt East Invitational in St. Peters on Dec. 17. He pinned five opponents, the fastest in 32 seconds. Isaac is 13-0 after winning the 285 bracket at Zumwalt East on four straight pins. Last year, Asa placed fifth at state at 195 (Class 3) to finish 37-7 while Isaac was 30-3 after a fourth-place finish at 220. Their older sister, Jaycee, a 2021 De Soto graduate, was an undefeated state champion in the first three years of prep girls wrestling in Missouri and is a sophomore competing at 191 pounds for Central Methodist University in Fayette.
