Zada Ann (Riley) Dwinell, 85, of House Springs died Dec. 28, 2022, in Fenton. Ms. Dwinell was an accomplished cook and crafter, and enjoyed going thrifting and hitting yard sales. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Born June 21, 1937, in Kuttawa, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Zady (Teague) and James Riley.
She is survived by four children: Leslie Allen (Diane) Dwinell, Darrell Lee (Sharon) Dwinell, Barry Clay Dwinell and Lisa Renee (Robert) Womble; five grandchildren: Tonya Kennedy, Brandon (Nicole) Dwinell, Jessica Lawson, Nicholas (Kayla) Dwinell and Brianna (Brandon) O’Brien; five great-grandchildren: ElliMay, Cash, Waylon, Everett and Jameson; her best friend: Donna Bowling; many other family members and friends; and two pets: Hope and Ace. She was preceded in death by seven siblings.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until a funeral service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3 at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. Burial is in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Stray Rescue of St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
