Virginia M. “Ginny” Hart, 76, of Hillsboro died July 24, 2021, in St. Louis County. Ms. Hart retired from the Jefferson County Circuit Courts after nearly 40 years of service. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hillsboro and was the longtime organist/pianist at the church. She was a member of the Gamma Beta Master Chapter. Born Jan. 22, 1945, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Walter R. and Grace V. (Windle) Dahl. She was preceded in death by two husbands: Richard L. Stephenson and Richard D. Hart.
She is survived by four sons: Steven J. (Michelle) Heidbreder of Columbia, Jeff S. (Dr. Laquita Graham) Heidbreder of Town and County, Brian C. (Kim) Heidbreder of Hillsboro, Erick R. (Mary) Stephenson of Hillsboro; nine grandchildren: Alicia (Ben), Madisan, Ainsley, Bailey, Riley, Carter, Ava, Noah and Alec; and two sisters-in-law: Dorothy Dahl and Nancy (Terry) Owens.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Ken Dahl and Walter T. Dahl.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28, at First Baptist Church of Hillsboro, 10545 Business 21, in Hillsboro. A funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 29, at the church. Burial will take place in Glade Chapel Cemetery in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Hillsboro Music Department. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
