Patricia K. “Patty Kay” Breeze, 70, of Crystal City died July 29, 2020, at her home. Mrs. Breeze was an active member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Crystal City and was a Christian cancer warrior. She enjoyed flower gardening, acting as curator for her Uncle Ike’s iris flowers, and loved dancing, cooking, traveling and all things family. She was born Oct. 5, 1949, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Katherine (Stevens) and Leo Siracusa.
She is survived by her husband: Kurt Breeze; three sons: Kristopher (Shawn) Bishop of Louisburg, Kan., Todd (Lal) Bishop of Farmington, Conn., and Scott (Rachel) Bishop of Parker, Colo.; three stepsons: Adam Breeze of St. Louis, Sam (Marissa) Breeze of Spokane, Wash., and Lane Breeze of St. Louis; a stepdaughter: Kay (Jody) Darling of Portland, Ore.; two brothers: Steven C. (Pat) Siracusa of Herculaneum and John (Denise) Siracusa of Festus; and 13 grandchildren: Chloe, Bryce, Addison, Lydia, Reese, Nolan, Quinn, Lauren, Jack, Clark, Clara, Henry, and Louis.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church or to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at www.pancan.org. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
