William Elbert “Bill” Revelle Jr., 83, of Pevely died Oct. 17, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield. Mr. Revelle served in the U.S. Air Force. He was the owner and operator of Revelle Trucking. Born Dec. 4, 1939, in Herculaneum, he was the son of the late Jeanette (McCoy) and William Elbert Revelle Sr.
He is survived by his wife: Carol “Sue” (Cuthbertson) Revelle of Pevely; two children: Dale (Kelli) Revelle of Festus and William T. Revelle of Pevely; a stepson: Randy McMullin of Michigan; nine grandchildren: Delani (Brad) Samuels, Abbi (Barret) Christensen, Graci Revelle, Luke Revelle, Zachary Revelle, Hope Revelle, Faith Revelle, Tyler Revelle, and Justin Roderique; as well as many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a stepdaughter: Barbara Henry.
Services are private. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
