Sally Louise Barkhymer, 72, of Barnhart died Sept. 1, 2025. Mrs. Barkhymer was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. She was a registered nurse and an instructor for certified nursing assistants. Born Jan. 19, 1953, in Johnstown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Shirley (Peel) Myers.
She is survived by her husband: William Barkhymer; three children: Adam Barkhymer, Aaron (Karen) Barkhymer and Patrick Barkhymer; six grandchildren: Mark, Katelyn, Matthew, Meira, Kylee and Brody; a great-grandchild: Jovie; a sibling: Daniel Myers; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. A second visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until a funeral service at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12, at New Hope United Methodist Church, 3921 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold.
