Robert Lee Timmons, 87, of Festus died Feb. 27, 2024, at his home. Mr. Timmons served in the United States Air Force. Born June 19, 1936, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Ester (Roe) and Ora Timmons.
He is survived by his wife: Rose (Eldridge) Timmons; a daughter: Angela Ruth (Charles) Sutton of Festus; and a granddaughter: Melody Sutton.
He was preceded in death by a daughter: Tamela Lee Timmons; and two grandchildren: Amanda Cornman and Anthony Cornman.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Saturday, March 2, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Pastor Randy Gray. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Des Arc. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
