Alexander Ryan Foster, 17, of Imperial died Jan. 7, 2026. Alexander enjoyed playing soccer and volleyball, and he had aspirations of becoming a civil engineer. He also enjoyed being outdoors, spending time at Camp Ondessonk in the summer, driving his Miata and spending time with his best friends. Born Sept. 24, 2008, in Belleville, Ill., he was the son of Annalisa (Koenig) and Joshua Foster.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sibling: Andersyn (significant other Logan Kertz) Foster; four grandparents: Izzy and Liz (Jebron) Foster, Michael Koenig and Ann (the late Vander Pluym) Koenig; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by a grandparent: Sam (Young) Foster.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. A funeral Mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 6020 Old Antonia Road, in Imperial.
