Randall Floyd "Randy" Rulo, 37, of Festus died Aug. 9, 2025, in Pevely. Mr. Rulo was a dedicated driver for Wil Mix Concrete Products and had a passion for technology, spending his free time building computers and developing artificial intelligence systems. He also loved outdoor activities, including kayaking and four-wheeling, but most of all, he cherished time spent with his family. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Hillsboro and was involved in his community. Born June 7, 1988, in St. Louis, he was the son of Kelly (Depew) Rulo of De Soto and the late Randall W. Rulo.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife: Laura Ann (Blum) Rulo of Festus; children: Jacob, Isabella, Ava, Evelyn, Leah and their soon-to-be sibling, Nehemiah; a brother: Daniel Rulo of De Soto; a sister: Jesse Rector of Wentzville; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at Mahn Funeral Home, 900 N. Main St., in De Soto, officiated by Pastor Keith Perren. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
