Michael M. "Mick" Doyen, 83, of St. Charles died Jan. 4, 2025. Mr. Doyen served in the U.S. Army and was an active member of the American Legion Post in St. Charles. He was a lover of classical music and cherished spending time with his family and friends. Born March 12, 1941, he was the son of the late Ralph Joseph and Ineth Gwendoline Doyen.
He is survived by his wife: Margaret Ann “Peggy” (Clancy) Doyen; nine siblings: Mary Lee Doyen, Denis Doyen, John Doyen, Jim Doyen, Pat Doyen, Charlie Doyen, Gary Doyen, Rob Doyen and Judy Doyen Taylor; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son: Jean-Paul Michael (Alea) Doyen; and a brother: Ralph Doyen.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until services at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson St., in St. Charles. Arrangements are under the direction of Baue Funeral Home.
