Londa Sue Myers, 66, of De Soto died Feb. 8, 2025, at her home. Born June 28, 1958, in Crystal City, Mrs. Myers was the daughter of Earline (Govro) Pruitte of Hillsboro and the late Thomas Melvin Pruitte Sr.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband: Daniel W. “Danny” Myers of De Soto; four daughters: Tonya (Pedro) Carrillo of St. Charles, Dawn (Brian Duesenberg) Witter of St. Louis, Chasidy (Ronnie Brinkley) Haws of Festus and Tori (Josh Hutson) Myers of Brookville, Fla.; a son-in-law: Dan Witter; a sister: Penny Lee North of Bonne Terre; four brothers: Gene Pruitte of Hillsboro, Guy Pruitte of De Soto, Thomas Pruitte Jr. of Hillsboro and Lonnie (Angie) Keys of Potosi; 14 grandchildren: Andres Carrillo, Adrian Carrillo, Avery Carrillo, Kaitlyn LaChance, Jesse Reed, Devin Garris, Jeremiah Carrier, Emily Forrester, Tristen Reed, Adam Reed, Paytin Blanton, Amelia Lucas, Rowan Smith and Dakota Hutson; and a great-granddaughter: Kallie Bourbon.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Troy Pruitte and Dennis Pruitte; and a sister-in-law: Jane Pruitte.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Saturday, Feb. 15, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
