Judith Rae Dallas, 85, of Crystal City died Oct. 2, 2023. Ms. Dallas was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crystal City. She enjoyed vacationing in Branson, watching sports and The Young and The Restless. She loved listening to Elvis and cleaning up the neighborhood. She was always active with the family’s soccer, basketball and baseball games. She was like a second mother to her nephews, nieces and numerous kids in her neighborhood. Judith enjoyed going to church picnics and having a cold Pepsi with White Castles and jumbos from Stoplight. Born July 1, 1938, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of the late John and Hilda Derque (Beatte).
She is survived by three sons: Edward (Lisa) Dallas Jr. of Park Hills, Scott Dallas of Crystal City and John Dallas of Kansas City; three grandchildren: Josh Dallas, Brianna Dallas and Josh Hogan; as well as many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: Kevin Dallas; and two sisters: Janice Ferbee and Linda Kertz.
Graveside services were held Oct. 14, at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
