Jeffrey Thomas “Jeff” Raines, 59, of Denton, Texas, died Aug. 25, 2026. Mr. Raines was a graduate of Crystal City High School and the University of Missouri. He was a Christian and senior director of business planning for billing at Charter/Spectrum. Born July 10, 1967, he was the son of Karen (Ward) Raines and the late Radford “Ben” Raines.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife: Pamela (Morice) Raines of Denton, Texas; five daughters: Elizabeth (Richard) Ables of Lake St. Louis, Abigail Benz of St. Louis, Alyson (Shae) Martin of St. Charles, Analise Benz of O'Fallon and Alayna Benz of Denton, Texas; a brother: Skip (Stephanie) Raines of O' Fallon; a sister: Andrea (Gary) Griffith of Dardenne Prairie; a niece: Emily Griffith; and two nephews: Ben Raines and Ethan Griffith.
A memorial visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service, 4116 McClay Road, in St. Peters. Lunch will follow. Memorials may be made to Shelter Friends, Inc., shelterfriendsinc.org/, or the American Kidney Foundation.
