Dorothy Mae Levall, 93, of De Soto died Dec. 2, 2025, in St. Louis. Mrs. Levall and her husband owned and operated D&S Speedway in De Soto. She had a talent for sewing and was known for making others feel welcomed and cared for. She loved spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her strong, family-oriented values. Born Oct. 29, 1932, in Richwoods, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Victor (Lewis) Boyster.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Edgar Levall.
She is survived by two sons: Gary (Deidra) Levall of Arnold and Jeffrey (Myrna) Levall of De Soto; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by two daughters: Karen Carrow and Vickie Neal; a son: Shane Levall; two brothers: Willie Boyster and Gilbert Boyster; and a sister: Bernice Levall.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Mahn Funeral Home, De Soto Chapel, 900 N. Main St. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the ALS Association St. Louis Regional Chapter, 2258 Weldon Pkwy., St. Louis, 63146. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home, De Soto Chapel.
