Cayde Walker Garrett, 3, of Cadet died July 21, 2026, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Born Oct. 28, 2022, in Chesterfield, Cayde was the son of Destiny (Green) Garrett and Tyler Garrett of Cadet.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two siblings: Apollo Garrett and Bella Green, both of Cadet.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday, July 31, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
