Bruce Edward Henderson, 75, of Hillsboro died May 10, 2023, at his home. Mr. Henderson enjoyed working on and driving cars, especially Corvettes, as well as hunting and fishing. Born Oct. 22, 1947, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Pauline (Dunn) and Eugene Henderson.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Mary (Beckmann) Henderson; a son: Thomas Henderson; a daughter: Shelly Henderson; and many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 9330 Old Hwy. 21, in Hillsboro. A private graveside service will be held later in the Good Shepherd Cemetery in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Hughes Funeral Alternatives in St. Louis.
