Minnie Amie Leftridge, 91, of De Soto died July 23, 2017, at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto. Mrs. Leftridge was the owner of 1st Time Flea Market. Born Feb. 14, 1926, in Bunker, she was the daughter of the late Lorenzo Dow and Harriet Ellen (Kuntz) Burns. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Leftridge.
She is survived by five sons: William (Peggy) Leftridge of Louisville, Ky., Kenny (Mary Jo) Leftridge of Bonne Terre, James (Diana) Leftridge of De Soto, Richard (Kim) Leftridge of De Soto and Jerry (Connie) Leftridge of Bonne Terre; two daughters: Pat (Eddie) Decker of De Soto and Reva Avis of Bonne Terre; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Joann Lucas; a daughter-in-law: Vicki Leftridge; two sisters: Mildred Jackson and Clara Randolph; and two grandsons: Clayton Avis and David Leftridge.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Dietrich- Mothershead Funeral Home, 200 N. Main, in De Soto. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 27, at the funeral home, officiated by Randy Murphy and Jeremy Muniz. Burial is in the Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
