Michael Kelly, 27, of House Springs died April 30, 2018. Mr. Kelly was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Imperial, where he was baptized and confirmed. He enjoyed photography, reading, animals and spending time with his family and friends. Born Nov. 28, 1990, in St. Louis County, he was the son of Leann (Brooks) and Tom Kelly of House Springs.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister: Jessica Kelly of House Springs; a brother: Patrick (May) Kelly of Richwoods; his maternal grandparents: Dale and Betty Brooks of House Springs; an aunt: Nancy Brooks of House Springs; his great-aunt and uncles: Ruth and Bill Hart of Fredericktown and Bob Menne of Arnold; and his pets: Pretty Kitty, Cassie Cat, Buster, Red and Brandie.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Russell and Betty Kelly; and an uncle, Douglas Kelly.
A memorial service was held May 7 at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill, officiated by the Rev. Charles Schultz. Burial was in the Boss Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 6550 Hwy. 21, Imperial 63052. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
