Leoma "Roberta" Montgomery, 86, of Fredericktown died Feb.12, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Montgomery was a homemaker. She enjoyed drawing, shopping, spending time with her family and going to church. Born July 11, 1931, in Patterson, she was the daughter of the late Minnie Jewell (Henderson) and Hubert Joe Rederick. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years: Cleatus Henry Montgomery.
She is survived by four daughters: Judy Sandridge of Herculaneum, Donna (David) Beaty of Fredericktown, Fay (Donald) Jordan of Cherokee Pass and Janet (Charles) Roderick of St. Louis; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law: Betty Montgomery of Pevely.
She was preceded in death by a son: Stanley Montgomery.
Funeral services were held Feb. 16 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown, officiated by Brother Jim Brown. Burial was in the New Prospect Cemetery in Silva. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
