James Edward Odle, 83, of Dittmer died Sept. 10, 2022, in Dittmer. Mr. Odle worked for 39 years as a tool-and-die maker for Sunnen Products. Born May 19, 1939, in Washington County, he was the son of the late Maliza May (Eggers) Odle and Louis Corbert.
He is survived by his wife: Nellie May (Fockler), whom he married Aug. 16, 1958; two brothers; two sisters; three children: Richard (Debbie) Odle, Donald (Patty) Odle and Julie (Denny) Sweeney; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary, Cedar Hill.
