Gwyneth Kay Whitehead of Hillsboro was born and died on Feb. 15, 2018, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County. Gwyneth was the daughter of Angel N. (Hufstedler) and Joseph “Joe” Whitehead of Hillsboro.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by four grandparents: Lisa Shaffer of Phoenix, Ariz., John Hufstedler of Evansville, Ind., and Blaine and Kelly Whitehead of Hillsboro; a great-grandmother: Darlene (the late Ron) Bremer of Hillsboro; and a great-great-grandmother: Lorene Suits of El Dorado, Ill.
Visitation is at 11 a.m. and a funeral service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1620 Boyd St., in De Soto, officiated by the Rev. Dr. G. Michael Rose. Burial is in the Hillsboro City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
