Edna M. Blandford, 93, of Dittmer died Sept. 7, 2017, at Big River Nursing Home in Cedar Hill. Mrs. Blandford was a homemaker. Born March 26, 1924, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Henry P. and Frances (Heuer) Schlagenhauf. She was preceded in death by her husband: Richard L. Blandford.
She is survived by three children: Bruce L. (Mary) Blandford of Holiday Island, Ark., Dale L. Blandford of Hannibal and Linda (Charles) Crull of Dittmer; six grandchildren: Carley, Anne, Elizabeth, Charles Jr., April and Matthew; 10 great-grandchildren: Sabrina, Katie, Colin, Amelia, Emily, Grant, Liberty, Adalynn, Zoey and Adele; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Arlene Marlow.
