Delia M. “Dee” (Ladyman) Holmes Brouk, 74, of De Soto died Nov. 11, 2020, in De Soto. Mrs. Holmes Brouk was born Oct. 17, 1946, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late T.J. McKinley and Vivian Marie (Henson) Ladyman. She was preceded in death by two husbands: Fred Edward Holmes and Richard Brouk.
She is survived by her significant other: Mark Cicio of De Soto; two children: Ed (Kerri) Holmes of Imperial and Jackie (Steven) Persiani of De Soto; five siblings: Tony (Alvie) Smith of Hillsboro, Carol (Ron Sr.) Belfield of De Soto, Harold (Linda) Ladyman of Union, Allen (Vesta) Ladyman of De Soto and Ronnie (Debbie) Ladyman of De Soto; eight grandchildren: Kristen, Kayla (Bryan), Kyle, Kameron, Kyleigh, Brianna, Shelbey (Christopher) and Austin (Nicole); 11 great-grandchildren, with another on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a grandson-in-law: Joe Lashey.
Visitation is at noon and a funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto, officiated by Alvie Smith. Burial is in the Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
