Debbie Kay Anderson, 64, of Crystal City died Dec. 27, 2019, at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. Ms. Anderson was an early childhood educator with the Lindbergh School District for 20 years. Born June 25, 1955, in Barstow, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Billie J. (Schober) and William F. Anderson.
She is survived by three sisters: Donna (Don) How-Smith of Crystal City, Karen (Tom) Rieger of Arnold and Sharon (Cindy Church) Anderson of Festus; four nieces and nephews: Lindsay (Tim) Ott, Scott (Debbie) Rieger, Jessica How and Brittany How; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law: Adam How.
Visitation is at 10 a.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. Burial is in the Sandy Cemetery in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
