David B. Halleman, 66, of Hillsboro died Feb. 8, 2019, at his home. Mr. Halleman was retired from Chrysler and was a member of the United Automobile Workers Union. He was a longtime member and past president of the Jefferson County Historical Society. He was. Born April 4, 1952, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Ruth D. (Mensing) and Robert R. Hallemann.
He is survived by two nephews: Robert W. Hallemann Jr. and John (Amy) Hallemann, both of Hillsboro; a niece: Linda (Ben) DeGroat of Warrenton; and numerous great-nephews and great-nieces.
He was preceded in death by a son: Shawn M. Hallemann; and a brother: Robert W. (Diane) Hallemann Sr.
Mr. Halleman chose to be cremated and requested there be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
