Darlis Jeanette Mullins, 86, of De Soto died Sept. 10, 2020, at the Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto. Ms. Mullins was a homemaker and loved her dog, Paddy, whom she called “Pouchie.” She was Baptist. Born Jan. 20, 1934, in Fredericktown, she was the daughter of the late William and Birdie (DeSpain) Carpenter. She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Monroe Mullins.
She is survived by a daughter: Lisa Mullins of De Soto; two sons: Mike (Denise) Mullins of Marquette, Mich., and Steve (Loretta) Mullins of De Soto; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 13) at Marcus Memorial Cemetery in Fredericktown. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
