Daniel Thomas Hedgpeth, 63, of Imperial died April 24, 2015, in St. Louis County. Mr. Hedgpeth worked as a security guard. He was born June 21, 1951, in St. Louis, the son of the late Mary Jean (Sanguinett) and James Andrew Hedgpeth Sr.
He is survived by a daughter: Allison Hedgpeth of St. Louis; a son: Daniel Heskett of Florida; three brothers: James Andrew (Patricia) Hedgpeth Jr. of Cedar Hill, Lenny (Sharon) Hedgpeth of Imperial and Gordon Hedgpeth of Festus; a sister: Sandy (Joseph) Damico of House Springs; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews he adored.
Mr. Hedgpeth chose to be cremated. Memorials may be made to the Open Door Animal Sanctuary, 6065 Duda Road, House Springs, 63051. Arrangements were under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
