Christine E. Hoelker, 73, of Arnold died Dec. 28, 2020, in Fenton. Mrs. Hoelker was a retired logistic planner with the Defense Mapping Agency and a member of Meramec-Arnold Elks Lodge 2372. Born July 28, 1947, in Louisville, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Donna (Mahoney) and Thomas Coomes Sr.
She is survived by her husband: Ron Hoelker of Arnold; a son: Ronny Hoelker of Arnold; a daughter: Robyn Wright of Byrnes Mill; two grandchildren: Justin Hoelker and Taylor Wright; two great-grandchildren: Violet and Valerie; a sister-in-law: Judy York of High Ridge; two brothers: Thomas (Nancy) Coomes Jr. of Perry and Stephen Coomes of Perry; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. until a funeral service at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, at Immaculate Conception Church in Arnold. Burial is in St. Paul’s Cemetery in Center. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home in south St. Louis County.
