Charles William “Bill” Nelson, 61, formerly of Horine, died May 1, 2021, in Baytown, Texas. Mr. Nelson was born Aug. 3, 1959, in Festus, the son of the late William Nelson and Shirley Ann Graham.
He is survived by a daughter: Dawn (Jamie) Majano of Houston, Texas; a son: Charles (Olivia) Nelson Jr. of Manuel, Texas; a sister: Kathy (Ed) Aumann of Festus; three grandchildren: Nick Majano, Emmy Nelson and Vivienne Nelson, all of Texas; and numerous other family members and friends.
