Bruce Edward Crawford, 57, of Barnhart died Sept. 2, 2021, in Fenton. Mr. Crawford was a talented mechanic and loved Dodge cars. He and his twin brother, Brian, became known as “the Dodge Boys.” He was known for his kindness and good nature, and would give up anything to help a friend in need. He enjoyed fishing and eagle watching, and loved drag racing at the original Gateway. He and his family cherished memories of his childhood at Lake of the Ozarks. He was born Oct. 12, 1963, in Kirkwood, the son of the late Edward M. Crawford and Marian J. (Brosh) Melenbrink.
He is survived by his fiancee: Donna Baldwin; a sister: Marietta Secrest of Leasburg; a brother: Brian (Linda) Crawford of High Ridge; a brother-in-law: Jerry Molglin; six nieces and nephews: Ed (Stacy) Briggs, Greg (Kristina) Briggs, Trisha (Kevin) Maddox, Bob Briggs, Phillips Crawford and Megan Crawford; six great-nieces and great-nephews: Taylor, Natalie, Naomi, Amelia, Matthew and Lilly; and numerous extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Donald Crawford and Harold Crawford; a sister: Myra Molglin; and a great-nephew: Kayleb Briggs.
Memorial visitation is scheduled from 3 p.m. until a memorial service at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
