Arnold Police recently arrested a juvenile for allegedly stealing two handguns from a home in the 2400 block of Riverbluff Drive. The theft happened between May 23 and June 27, Arnold Police reported.
The victim told officers he suspected a family friend of stealing the guns, which were valued at $1,450. Later, police identified a 15-year-old as a suspect, and he was arrested, Arnold Police Detective Lt. James Jones said.
As of July 11, the guns had not been recovered, he said.
The case has been turned over to juvenile authorities, Jones added.
