A 36-year-old St. Louis man was arrested after he reportedly exposed himself inside Beck’s Mini Mart, 1227 Telegraph Road. He was arrested at about 8 p.m. April 8, after an alleged physical altercation with police officers, Arnold Police reported.
The man, who appeared to be intoxicated, allegedly unzipped his pants to expose himself to a store clerk – a 51-year-old Arnold woman. When police arrived on the scene, the man allegedly resisted arrest and wrestled with two officers before he was restrained. No one was injured in the scuffle, the report said.
The man was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released after he was sober. Arnold Police issued him summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for third-degree sexual misconduct and resisting arrest, Capt. Rich Shular said.
