A 35-year-old Pevely woman was arrested for allegedly using a stolen credit card to rent a room at the Quality Inn, 3610 West Outer Road, in Arnold, where she was found and arrested, Arnold Police Detective Lt. James Jones said.
The suspect was arrested about 5:30 p.m. Feb. 6. During the arrest, she allegedly was found with drug paraphernalia, a report said.
Jones said the woman may not have stolen the credit card but acquired it some other way, so she was not charged with stealing. However, she was booked and issued summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for fraudulent use of a credit device and possession of paraphernalia before being released.
