KSean N. Simms, 27, of St. Louis was recently arrested after being charged for stealing from stores in Arnold. He allegedly worked with another person to steal kitchen appliances and a go cart on three separate occasions from Target, 3849 Vogel Road, and Walmart, 2201 Michigan Ave., in Arnold, according to court documents.
Simms was booked on July 17 at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, and as of Monday, July 20, he was being held without bond, court and jail records show.
He has been charged with one count of felony stealing and two counts of misdemeanor stealing, court documents said.
On Monday, July 20, Arnold Police Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said the person suspected of working with Simms to steal items had not been identified.
According to probable-cause statements filed by Arnold Police, Simms and another person allegedly stole items from Target and Walmart on Oct. 5, 2025, and from Target on Sept. 14, 2025.
In September, Simms and the other person allegedly stole a Ninja Slushie drink maker and Ninja Juicer from Target. The appliances were worth a combined $499.98, the report said.
In October, the two returned to Target, and they allegedly stole two Ninja Slushie drink makers. The appliances were worth a combined $699.98, according to the report.
On the same day, Simms and the other person allegedly stole a Ninja Slushie drink maker, two Ninja Creami ice cream maker machines and a Razor Crazy Cart go-cart. The three items were worth a combined $865, the report said.
