Joshua Cody Damrath, 32, of Imperial has been sentenced to 11 years in prison after admitting to sexually molesting a girl younger than 14 years old at the time, court records show.
Damrath pleaded guilty on March 28 to statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old. That same day Jefferson County Div. 4 Circuit Judge Brenda Stacey sentenced Damrath to 11 years in prison, court records show.
He admitted to investigators he had inappropriate sexual contact up to 10 times with the girl, according to the probable-cause statement.
Damrath is currently in the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre.
