Dylan Wayne Forshee, 21, of De Soto has been charged with a felony for allegedly fleeing from a Pevely Police officer who had attempted to stop him on Commercial Boulevard, court records show.
Forshee on May 1 was charged with aggravated fleeing a stop or detention, a class D felony that is punishable by up to seven years in prison. He was arrested on May 14, and as of May 15, he was being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, court documents said.
According to the probable-cause statement, Forshee was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic on Dec. 20, 2024, while driving on Commercial Boulevard in Pevely. An officer turned on his cruiser’s lights and siren to stop Forshee.
Forshee did not stop, and he allegedly sped away at speeds of up to 110 mph. The officer terminated the pursuit after obtaining the ownership information for the vehicle that Forshee was driving, the report said.
