David James Bradshaw, 37, of Eureka has been charged for allegedly breaking into an apartment and stealing a television in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton, according to court documents.

The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on March 28 charged Bradshaw with second-degree burglary, a class D felony punishable by up to seven years in prison, and stealing, a class A misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,000, court records said.

Bradshaw was booked on April 7 at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro. As of April 8, he was being held on a $5,000 surety-bond, according to court documents.

According to the case’s probable-cause statement, Bradshaw allegedly entered the apartment through a window at about 2:30 p.m. Nov. 8, 2024, in the 10 block of Fiedler Court. He then allegedly stole a 65-inch television, which was valued at $358.

Bradshaw was identified in a photo lineup, and he was allegedly seen in video surveillance at the apartment, the report said.
