Fireworks started a fire in this shed behind a home on Georgia Drive in Arnold.

A shed behind a home on Georgia Drive in Arnold caught fire after an accident involving fireworks. The incident happened about 6:30 p.m. July 8, the Rock Community Fire Protection District reported.

Rock Community firefighters arrived at the home at 6:42 p.m. The fire was under control in about 15 minutes, the report said.

Fire Marshal Jeff DeLapp said there was minor damage to the shed, and the cause was ruled accidental.

No injuries were reported.
